PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Your personal data may be processed by the Controller:

  • To respond to your inquiries submitted via the contact form – the legal basis for this processing is the necessity to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract,
  • For other purposes related to the business activity conducted, including the pursuit of claims arising from the business activity and fulfilling the legitimate interests of the Controller,
  • Based on consent – solely for the purpose specified in the consent provided by you.

You are not subject to profiling, meaning your data is not processed in an automated manner to determine your needs or personality traits. We do not collect additional information about you from other sources.

We do not sell personal data, nor do we share it with other entities. In particular, your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area nor shared with international organizations.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

The period for which we can process personal data depends on the legal basis for processing. We are never allowed to process personal data for longer than is legally permissible. Accordingly, we inform you that:

  • If the Company processes personal data based on consent, the processing period lasts until the consent is withdrawn by the user,
  • If the Company processes personal data based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, the processing period lasts until the legitimate interest ceases (e.g., the limitation period for civil claims) or until the data subject objects to further processing, in situations where such an objection is granted under the law,
  • If the Company processes personal data because it is necessary under applicable laws, the processing periods are determined by those laws,
  • In the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, the basic retention period for data in the case of records and other documentation created during the execution of the contract is up to 10 years.
